Prime time for Rent to Own Candidates

 I have started my marketing for this years prime season for Rent to Own buyers.  I truly believe in the benefits of home ownership, as I'm sure you do. Therefore, I encourage renters to use their tax return to buy a place of their own.  I find most renters have no idea how many owners are out there right now that would be more than willing to sign a lease option agreement with a half way decent down payment.  A lease option can be great for the investor with little cash as well.  There are tons of owners right now that would be extremely happy to have someone else to pay their payment.  Although most people will not start receiving their tax returns until late January or February now is the time to start educating potential buyers.  You can bet that plans are made for the money long before it is received.
