Reintroducing COMAC! Off Market Assets

COMAC was formed around a simple idea: change the way investors acquire off market real estate by delivering value plays directly from lenders or distressed sellers. COMAC works with qualified principals for select assets. 

 

Six months ago, the principals saw the need and opportunity in the distressed commercial real estate market: the need for lenders (or others) to dispose of distressed property, and the opportunity for cash buyers to acquire. COMAC has worked hard to build its infrastructure, technology and continue its long-term banking relations. It has more than $2B in inventory, which is growing each week, and some of this inventory is Land (which you indicated interest in.)

 

COMAC added Kathy Heshelow to its executive team this year in the area of investor relations. Kathy has 13 years of experience in commercial real estate, longtime experience in strong customer relations & service, and experience in real estate securities. Kathy will assist you in acquisitions criteria and COMAC properties.

 

If you are no longer interested in COMAC, let us know and we will remove you from our messages and showcase access. Simply reply to this message.

 

However, if you are in an occasional or immediate acquisition mode, Kathy will confirm your acquisition criteria with you and grant you access to our COMAC showcase.
