SEO Scores for Rental Websites

I first posted this over at my personal blog, but thought the community at BP might find this one interesting.

I'm a part-time investor, but my full-time gig is a SEO for a major agency. I took some of my mad search engine optimization skillz to evaluate which rental websites ranked well for my target town of Edmonton, Alberta. 

This was just a test case, so I only ran about 25 'head' terms like 'apartments', but it's provoked a strong reaction. I'll be doing more detailed reports, and I'm curious to know what the largely US popluation here thinks of it.
