TONYA SHIRELLE SCAMMER, FRAUD, EMBELLISHMENT, LIAR

Tonya Shirelle, the property manager of my property and another investor's property has been scamming us!  We just found that the tenant has been paying the rent to Tonya Shirelle!  We spoke with our tenant today and she's been paying rent since APRIL 2010!!!  We have NOT seen a penny of it because Tonya Shirelle stated that the tenant never paid and takes about 3 months for eviction process!  Additionally she sent over fake invoices for repairs that was NEVER done, fake tenant contracts, fake business license etc..
Do you know this Tonya Shirelle, LET ME KNOW SO WE CAN SUE her togather?  She supposely lives in Southfield, MI.   She's suppose to be a Business Life coach and Aurthur!
