I’m a co-owner of a short-term hospitality management company in Des Moines, Iowa. Together with three other real estate investors, we’re dedicated to streamlining our business through automation. We’ve implemented several methods to achieve this goal, such as enabling guests to perform self-check-ins, utilizing a property management system (PMS) that seamlessly integrates with various short-term rental websites, and employing a dynamic pricing tool to maximize each property’s revenue potential to name a few.
