  1. If a real estate investor tells you that they are looking for a deal, and you are a wholesaler, don't just say "Okay" and end the conversation there.

  4. Good list, Jason. I think the lack of follow up is one if the most serious ways that people waste these opportunities. I always make it a habit to follow up with those I meet at any networking event . . . sadly probably less than 25% of those I meet do, or even reciprocate. No wonder we have so many people losing jobs!
