Enhancing Commercial Building Fronts
A friend & I were doing some early night festing in downtown Milwaukee. I am an observer, so I noticed a beautiful Italian limestone building facade that has a rich off-white color.
The structure of the limestone blocking created window sills & mantles that were very attractive, corner blocking that really gave structure to the appearance and roof cornice that put it all together.
Last year I became certified in a decorative cement process that can replicate a number of types of stone from limestone to exotic onyx. I would like to apply this knowledge to purchase distressed commercial properties, making them exciting and inviting so that tenants will flock to rent the spaces.
Obviously, a balance of location and purchase costs will require careful choices, but I have seen so many vacant commercial buildings and the fact is it is a renters market.
However, if a building is renovated to be extremely appealing and this can be done at a very low cost, and the location is at least fair, I believe a lot of opportunity can be created.
I am interested in a financial partner for doing this.
