San Carlos has a variety of restaurants to choose from – all close by.  From Mexican, Seafood, Italian, BBQ to American Cuisine, you’ll find something to please the fussiest taste buds.  In fact, the Trails Eatery in San Carlos was recently featured on the hit T.V. Show “Restaurant Impossible” where a team comes out to rescue a failing restaurant and remodels the entire restaurant on a low-budget.  They even put together a new menu. Even since then, the Trails Eatery’s business has been booming!!
