When received an inquiry from Craigslist

They (inquiries) either arrive with a phone number or without it (majority).

If you have a phone number, send information via email and follow-up the same day with a phone call to "see if they have questions or would like to schedule a showing". You can also pre-screen while on the phone, which is impossible to do if the inquirer provides no other means of communications than email.

if you don't have a phone number - email information and invite the inquirer to call you with questions. I usually follow up via email in a couple of days.
