Commonly Hacked LinkedIn Passwords

LinkedIn revealed on their report last week that over 6.5 million passwords of the site's users were hacked and posted in an unauthorized web site. In the study conducted by Rapid 7, a Boston-based security firm, which created the "top 30 dumb passwords people still use" for msnbc shows that internet users are still continue to use passwords that hackers can easily decode. Rapid 7 took 160,000 passwords out of the 6.5 million that have been posted on the internet, they found out that the top 10 out of the 30 common passwords that hackers easily cracked were just made up of less than five letters, like "link," "1234," "work," "god," and "job."
