Today's blog is about the Boise Condo Market and specifically the Imperial Plaza.  The market is varied from old high rises to renovated lofts to brand new.  Prices range from $200 a sq foot to $450 a sq foot.  Each project has it's features and benefits and each has its limitations.  The first and oldest project is the Imperial Plaza built in 1960 it has 12 floors of well maintained condos with great views of downtown and the mountains.  Prices vary depending on the condition but are more affordable than some of the new condo projects.  The Imperial Plaza competes with other condo projects and has a great and loyal following as residents leave their Boise houses for sale and move into smaller space.  The Imperial Plaza is only blocks from downtown with secured underground parking and all the amenities, views and benefits of condo living.
