Yes, Finally, a SIGNED Deal!

Hi BP Fam! Sabrina here.

On April 1, 2011 I actually got my first offer contract

accepted and SIGNED! I am so excited. I,m in the

proccess of trying to sell it. This is my first real deal

and it is 2 hours away from me and right now I don't

have the means to visit the area, but I feel like with me

networking on this and other availabel sites that

I have gotten SOME progress but not what I want.

To sell this house like right now, but its all good,

I am thankful to God everyday!
