Looking for investment property???

Hello to all Jacksonville, Fl investors. Whether you wholesale, flip, or rent out this blog is for you. First and foremost, I'm a wholesaler and if you're looking for good deals let me know what you're property criteria is and we'll go from there.

This blog is primarily for all Jacksonville investors currently active in the market and looking to network, share information, advertise properties, etc. However, out of state investors are welcome, I'm a big believer in building solid business relationships.

Even though Jacksonville is a small market it's full of great deals and we can all benefit from sharing information. I can't wait to talk to you.
