How to attract buyers for wholesaling properties

I am relatively new to real estate investing and until I have my capital (private lenders) in place, I have decided to concentrate on wholesaling properties.  Since I am able to get so many in the Metro Detroit Region, I can get many homes at a cheap price, way below ARV, however other than using craigslist to market these properties, what are some other means of attracting buyers?  Also are there particular key phrases that should be used?  I began to also call property management companies, and other possible investors in the Detroit News to build up a buyers list.  Are pictures important to take of the inside and outside  and if so are there a certain number of photos that should be taken?

  1. Bandit signs also work for buyers as well sellers

  2. In my opinion you should focus on building your buyers list. I mean there are more properties available than there are investor buyers. So can you see my angle? if you don't you'll possibly end up with to many properties and no buyers. Instead, focus on your buyers.Get to know them and their property criteria. With that now you can focus on finding the properties that fit so you're not spinning your wheels and move the market. Good luck! Let us know how that works for you.
