I want buy a few distressed properties

I need money to purchase a few distressed properties/

I need advice on how I should locate the properties & how to finance. I already own and rent out a home in Central Florida.  These homes are grossly undervalued. This will not be forever.

I want to buy up and rent out muliple homes there.

Sound stupid? I want in and since Bigger Pockets is apparently the best spot on the web, I am willing

to be scolded, warned, & told I am a novice. The important thing is: I will succeed with you guys.  Maybe Hillary was right: "It takes a blog".
