When I was 23 I attended my first Real Estate Boot Camp and it changed my life forever.  Ever since I have been expanding my knowledge of Real Estate gathering the tools to lead to success.  Over the past six years I have realized that there are numerous types of investment groups for people based on similarities, but none available for people that are quite like me.  I have been disabled since I was 20 years old and although I have found various support groups and entrepreneur groups for the disabled none were exactly what I was seeking.   I was looking for something more specialized for my needs, A REAL ESTATE INVESTMENT GROUP for the non-able-bodied population.  My reasoning for wanting to find such a group was to share similar life experiences and obstacles that we have to overcome not only in our daily lives, but what challenges we have faced in the fast paced Real Estate Investment world.   My life's ambition is to assist disabled people earn a profitable income through investing in Real Estate.  By working together we can secure ourselves a prosperous future!  During these uncertain economic times you need to take control of your life and your financial position and Real Estate is the best way to assure yourself of a comfortable place in life. Being in a wheelchair or have a disability does not hold you back!  By keeping positive and joining an investment group that is built especially for your needs you’ve already chosen to improve your circumstances. You can live with confidence and pride that you are making a difference in your life in more ways than you ever imagined!   Real Estate is a smart and secure investment for many reasons.  Real Estate allows you the option to choose your investment needs to be either short or long term based on your own aspirations and goals for your own future.  You will have the opportunity to earn higher rates than leaving your funds in the bank and in comparison to the stock market your rates of return will not fluctuate in a volatile and unpredictable pattern.  The main reason for feeling more secure about investing in Real Estate is the simple fact that people will ALWAYS need a place to live!

Unemployment rates for disabled working-age adults with disabilities are at an all-time high of 16.8% for men and 17.8% for women (compared to 9.5% for non-disabled workers) Bureau of Labor Statistics.
