Not determining what the real cost of the property . Compare the home you find with the similar houses in the area . Look at the home’s condition, features and square area . If you find the home attractive and nice just because you like the decors, you may be tempted and neglect the things you are looking for in a home .

Not hiring a qualified real estate agent. Your agent should consider and pay attention to your needs. He is also familiar with the area and price range of the homes for sale.

Not having the home inspected . You do not want to find out in the end that the property you purchase has trouble with the electrical system . Have a qualified home inspector to check the condition of the property .
