Picking the Right Colors For Your Study Room

Many students complain about their concentration on their studies because of some distractions and sometimes noise, so, if you plan to create a study room in your home, it needs to be simple, quiet and relaxing. Serene paint colors, themes and bookshelves are important factors in order to improve concentration. You can pick nature or ocean colors for a more relaxing atmosphere inside your study room.

Lighter shades of blue can produce a restful environment and have absolutely sophisticated effect. Add white pillows and other accessories that complement your choice of color.

Should you prefer a purple theme, you can just decorate it with pink or golden yellow accessories like accent pieces, pillows and rugs.

Green is also a good choice because it is the color of the nature, it is relaxing to the eyes. You just have to make sure that the colors you mix it with blends well.

If you want to consider painting your study room with dark color, try to paint the half of the wall with neutral shade so that it will not overpower the whole room.
