Home Sales in Draper Up in June

Draper Real Estate had just released of a number of 50 properties for the month of June which home sales climbed up 16%from 42 houses sold during May. Year over year change of sales however, rocketed down 19.35 percent.

Median sold price were down to $323,500 from $324,500 in June of last year, on the other hand, original sold price climbed up to $362,000 from $329,900.

Currently, there are approximately 348 active  listed in the market and 87 of which have gone under contract.

Utah Real Estate sold properties typically has five bedrooms and four bathrooms and have a price of $95.21 per square foot with 49 median days on market.
