Selling Your Tax Lien Certificates

I wrote a post to my regular blog about selling your Tax Lien Certificates in order to avoid foreclosing and taking the property.  It's definitely an option, but just like selling your notes from seller-held mortgages and the like, you really have to create a market. 

Has anyone used Bigger Pockets to sell their tax liens?  I've seen listings for discounted notes but not tax certificates specifically.
