Retail to a Real Life, My story as I go from a full time retail employee to a full time family man and a successful real estate investor

I will tell all as it unfolds, holding back nothing! This is my story going from a full time retail job making $23,000 before taxes and life, to a man with financial freedom to spend time with his family. I will go over what I'm doing, marketing costs, and how it's working.

Yes you can make money in real estate with "no money"; but how much does that cost? You will find out here as I will be posting my monthly expenses and business costs from day one.   

This blog is here to keep me from quitting on my way to freedom. At the age of 18 I wanted to get into real estate investing; now 26 with an eight month out little girl; I'm still working to make other people rich. It stops now! 

It is said that writing your goals down dramatically increases your chance of reaching them. I believe in part the reason I never started was because I had no one to hold me accountable. This will be a record for all to learn from my mistakes and to hold me accountable. PLEASE HOLD ME ACCOUNTABLE!
