Rental Surge Continues

But first, some more incredible business news......

Bloomberg reports today that the rental market continues to grow at astonishing rates.  ""There has been a dramatic shift toward renting," Chris Herbert, research director of Harvard University's Joint Center for Housing Studies, said in a telephone interview".  That's even true in areas that are seeing an economic upswing, "At a time when many Americans are wary of buying a home or can't qualify for a mortgage, rentals are gaining in cities that have relatively robust job growth, such as Seattle..."

Those of you that have taken one of our free classes or watched the free online training videos know where I'm going with this.  This is absolutely the perfect time to buy, hold and rent.  Cash flow is still king!
