Free Workshops? Who Does That?
I get that question a lot. The team gets that question a lot. And it's a great question.
It's not very often in life that you find someone or something that provides value at no cost and with no ulterior motives.
There IS actually an ulterior motive for providing free workshops full of useable content.
See, I like to help people. I've always been that way. And since radio stations and television stations and newspapers twigged on to the amazing results we were having coaching people on how to purchase U.S. real estate and eliminate the pitfalls, I've become the 'go to' guy for a lot of people that have had really bad experiences attempting it on their own.
The number one opening line in emails and phone calls that I receive on a daily basis is "Steve, I tried to buy some U.S. property and I've had some serious problems. Can you help me sort this out?" If you listen to the call-in radio shows I do that's the number one question, too. Because of my cross-Canada profile thanks to the media, those emails and phone calls have doubled, tripled, quadrupled and I now get so many of them that there aren't enough hours in the day to answer them all.
Free workshops solve that challenge. It is much more time efficient to get everybody in the same room at the same time and give them the basics of how to do it properly than it is to respond to literally hundreds of emails and phone calls every day. And I really enjoy the travelling and I absolutely love meeting people at these events.
So the short answer to the question is "it saves me a lot of time and I have fun with the workshops". And I get to travel with the tremendous people on my team and my wife and children get to travel with me, too. They get to see this amazing country of ours from coast to coast.
Yes, we mention our other services during these presentations. But there's no hard-selling, no requirement that you buy anything at all. The workshops absolutely provide you with the tools, tips and methods I use myself to purchase U.S. real estate. And yes, they really are free.
On fire!
Steve
