first blog here...a little about me...i currently own and manage 11 rental units over 4 properties...i prefer 3 or 4 families...in new england many 3 family buildings are locally called 3 deckers...

 this year i have bought three 3 deckers and rehabbed them and rented two of them out for cash flow and flipped one of them for my first flip and a profit of $50K...

 i currently have offers on a few different buildings...ill keep posting...
