Realty group to hold investment seminar
Welcome Home Realty Group will be holding an Investment Seminar on Jan. 10 from 10 a.m. to noon at Hampton Inn Raynham-Taunton located at 600 New State Highway, Raynham.  
Investors will learn how to buy and invest in bank owned foreclosed properties.  This is a great opportunity to make the most of the current real estate market while taking advantage of the recent interest rate drops.  
Keynote speakers scheduled to speak at the seminar are Nelson Matos and Denis DaSilva.  Nelson Matos is the Broker/Owner of Welcome Home Realty Group, which is the #1 Non-Franchised Real Estate Firm in the Taunton area.  He will be discussing the current real estate market and answering the question: Are we at the bottom yet?
Denis DaSilva is an Investor and Real Estate Broker with over 11 years of experience in Buying Bank Owned Homes and is certified in Loss Mitigation.  Mr. DaSilva will be discussing the advantage of buying bank owned to retain or to flip.  His Bank Owned Team specializes in bank owned homes, foreclosures, flips, short sales and more.  Mr. DaSilva and his team members can assist investors in purchasing homes with discounts as much as 60% off list price and are ready to negotiate the best deals.
Additional speakers are Attorney Thomas Percy, a real estate attorney of Percy, Tedeschi & Associates, will be speaking about the legal strategies for real estate investors purchasing bank owned foreclosure properties.  Miguel DeSousa, Regional Lending Manager of Bank of Canton, will be discussing financing options for investors.   Philip Sousa, Jr., a real estate consultant, will be speaking about the success of the bank owned tour bus that showcased some of the best deals among hundreds of properties in Massachusetts that have been repossessed by various lenders.
