Discounts on Bulk Real Estate

The past few years of price fluctuations have made the real estate market in Edmonton much more competitive than it's been in several decades. What this translates to is that property owners are more willing to "wheel and deal" in order to off-load any surplus properties they may have, and in this way, we have a definite buyer's market - but it may not stay that way for long. Property investors in particular will be interested in knowing that many sellers with multiple properties are now offering bulk discounts in order to help spur sales.
