New to BiggerPockets

I am new to this blog and am very excited to get more involved. I am also looking forward to sharing knowledge and information with people in the industry.

 My experience comes from helping raise money for "Hard Money" style loans. We basically connect private investors to borrowers who are investing in both commercial and residential real estate. It is a very exciting and interesting industry to be in. I am also connected to other real estate gurus that educate investors on how they can use Self Directed IRAs to invest in real estate. Together we are able to help many new and experienced inverstors enhance their portfolios.
