California Hard Money Loan Programs

I get a lot of questions about what the requirements are to obtain a hard money loan.  The trouble with that question is that there are many different loan types and requests, so it is difficult to answer such an open ended question without having some basic information about what it is a potential client is looking to accomplish.  With some basic upfront information I can usually let people know if or how I can potentially help.
