Have you been Pre-qualified or Pre-Approved? What's the difference?

Here is a brief video on the difference and what to expect when you contact a lender. Take the first step to home buying. If you are a First Time Home Buyer time is running out. The deadline to receive " First-Time Homebuyer Credit ", for those who qualify, is December 1, 2009. If you have any questions please contact me.

  1. Try to watch your video and I think you'll understand. You promise "a brief video on the difference and what to expect when you contact a lender" but this video does not cover that information.

  2. Don't quite get what you mean??

  3. Your video is nothing but a promo . . . is there something missing?
