My First BP House #2

On 10/10/12, it will be exactly 30 days since I bought the house. I wish I had better news. So far I have not done anything. I don't want to start until I can get my temporary pole working. It took me a week to find an electrician to do the pole. The pole failed inspection and shortly after that the inspector was out of town for a week. Saturday, I fired the electrian and hired a new one on 10/09/12. He said it would be done on Thursday and get it inspected on Friday by the city and by the electric company. This has been quite a learning experience for me because I have never had to deal with the city or inspections. Those things really slow you down if you don't know what to expect or do. A mentor could have come in handy, but it is what it is.
Here are a few pictures of the house.
