Probate

I decided to get into probate marketing to beef up my numbers. I spent the whole Saturday looking up property addresses. I have 37 names. I will do this at least weekly. The envelopes will be hand written. Tomorrow, I will stick them in the mail. I got the letter from the BP file place. My initial mailings each week will be done by me since I want to send them out asap and the quantity is so small. After that first touch, I'll use yellowletters.com. I bought the platinum membership so I gotta put it to use. I'll switch to postcards after they get a letter because they will see my name on the mailing pieces so it shouldn't matter what I use.

Monday I will look up code violations again. This time my criteria will change. The last time I mailed to land owners and tear downs. Land doesn't fit into my business plan. Code violations don't yield a lot of names because the majority of homes are beyond repair.

My second batch of 1000 postcards went out on 02/11/16. I'm expecting at least 2 calls like last time.
