When it comes to relocating, education is always important, and you will find top quality schools in Potter County.  The Amarillo Independent School District is the largest school system in the county followed by Bushland Independent School District, Highland Park Independent School District, and River Road Independent School District.  And, for those who prefer private education, there are several private schools to choose from in the area.  Amarillo College and West Texas A&M University are both located in Potter County.
