Real Estate Update Tampa Florida

Things are looking good for real estate sales in Hillsborough County Florida. Home sales were up 10.5% in April 2009 over April 2008. The bad news is that the average sold price was down (40%) from April 2008 to April 2009. This is great time to buy, but not sell.
