Termite Bungalow - Part 2 - FINALLY!

I never updated you all on what happened with the Termite Bungalow.  Bad BP blogger!

We took her down to the studs, and worked our butts off to bring her back to the lovely little home she is today.  I have a great couple who now rent it from me for $1200/mo.  Yay!

Just look at her now!  

FYI, she's located in downtown Fort Mill SC--one of my favorite places to invest.
