Simultaneous Closing in Chicagoland

I am about to close on my first wholesaling deal in Hoffman Estates, Illinois. The exit strategy I will use is a simultaneous close. I will need a investor-friendly attorney or introduction to a Title Company.  Any assistance from Bigger Posts members is greatly appreciated.
