Hi JC, the price (around 15 or 16%) applies to the approx. 63 brandnew Condos that are left (all in one location/development): Orlando, FL. But since we have direct access to HUGE bulk REO packages your client could also pick the area or ZIP codes where (s)he wants these properties. For example: MI (and sometimes OH) start at around 6 cents on the dollar (usually C and D properties). Other states have prices from 10 to 25% of BPO. If you want properties in diamond states you should expect anything from 27 to 65% (depending on the size tape, and/or the condition and price range of these properties).
