Build or Not to Build?

After many years of planning and dealing with Monroe County Florida issues, I have come to the point of,  Build or Not to Build. My 2008 Approved development order is due to expire soon. What would you do? www.cayaplace.com

  1. Tks. for your comment, Once permits are in hand I have two years to build it out. Projected income is between 800k and 1.2m. I would never start if I was worried about failing.
