doing it

First let me say how thankful i am for this site. I am starting this blog  hopefully to network with some folks and also get help from the professionals on BP. I first looked into wholesaleing a couple of years ago and stumbled on this site. I overheard a friend talking about it and had to do my reaserch never took any action just studied the topic. until yesterday, my father and i went to a fix it or flip it seminar and it fired me back up, and tonight we both agreed to start working on this 10 hours a week. he is going to start by finding us some buyers and i am trying to get a flex option contract  and put some ideas together to locate some sellers. i will post progress  and setbacks every week. any feedback would be awsome!!
