Realtors now Excempt from Following MARS Disclosures!

I just got an email today from the FTC that MARS “Mortgage Assistance Relief Services” is no longer applicable for Real Estate agents.  Realtors no longer need to do the written disclosures in their marketing.  However realtors still need to be accurate on their claims made in their marketing.

Investors, we still need to comply with the MARS unless a realtor is doing the marketing for you then the MARS is not applicable.  Here is the article I received today so you can read it:
