Breaking Into Leasebacks

 Hey All,

I am getting a job with Marcus and Millichap in Pal Alto as an SIP/agent.  I am going to be focusing on one class to start and it is between Multi-Family and Sale Leaseback and or Triple Net investments.  Any advice on which one to choose?

  1. Congratulations! I would recommend that you post your question in a forum as opposed to the blog portion of BP. You'll have a much better chance of someone answering your question in the Forum. Cheers!
