Short Sales are Great Deals

When it comes to buying a distressed property Short Sales are up there with banked owned properties for great deals. Short sales are negotiated with the current homeowner and the bank holding the mortgage. The negotiated price is usually well below market and what the homeowner paid for it. Short Sales properties are usually in better condition than banked owned. There are lots of pluses when buying short sales properties. I have negotiationed many short sales in my market area and I am considered a short sale expert amoungst my piers and consumers.
