Are you disgusted that veterans struggle to find housing? The more I think about it the madder I get. Especially since we all are so much in their debt!  

Landlords Can Serve Veterans

Landlords can create housing that meets veterans' needs AND grows their own wealth. Now that's purpose-driven wealth creation at its finest!

If that sounds interesting, then here’s how to start:

1 - Email Supportive Services for Veteran Families at [email protected] to express interest and let them know where your rentals are located. They will get back to you with contact information for your local Veteran Housing Service Provider.  

2 - Connect with a local housing specialist and see what services they offer.  

3 - Craft your offer to meet their housing allowances.  

4 - Do what creative real estate investors do - figure out a solution that cash flows.

It's sad that housing veterans is even an issue. But we can do much more than just groan about the situation.
