Undercover Landlord Update - Moving Day

Been off line but still pushing forward to become a renter. Mover come tomorrow morning. Note to self, offer rental applicants moving boxes. Boxes are of big time importance at stress points like this.

We are moving to make room for the painter, new carpets, and wood floor refinisher. House goes on market at the end of May. Inventory is still low.
