Undercover Landlord - November Update

Well, I have successfully dumped home-ownership by converting my personal residence into a rental. I just wasn't able to sell it for the price we needed.

My family is temporarily living in a very small rental while we take a breather.

The next step will be to rent a home where we are comfortable. I'm also looking to find something for 60% less than I was paying to cover my mortgage.
