The 4X Experiment

It's time to reach for the stars again.

My investment properties have done well, but my personal residence was a loser. I need to make up some ground.

I'll let that loss motivate me.

Now that the goal of drumming up enough side income to cover my 8-plex's first mortgage has been achieve, it's time to stretch again.

For 2016, I'm aiming to use my existing properties to net four times what a traditional landlord would.

I'm currently at two times.

Will you join me and strive for super profitability?

    So far this year I've:

    1 - optimized my private dormitory concept by reducing expenses. I now work with nursing students that need housing for 2 years at a time. Check out www.thedocdorm.com

    2 - acquisitions. I believe in a two step process: buy then optimize. Sacramento, CA if in a transitional period. It's time for me to buy some more properties.

    I'm learning how to work with equity partners and investors to potential buy two more apartment complexes by the end of the year.

    I haven't been online much - head down and focused.
