The beginning
Today was my real day out in the field trying to get my first deal done. My wife is in school and the kids were getting on her nerves so I took my sons and drove around looking for houses. "Driving for dollars". I also took that time to call some rental ads to see if i can find buyers. Not much luck there but i'm not giving up. I really want to see my kids have something other than debt after I leave this earth so I'm going to be successful no matter what it takes.
While driving i came acros 6 properties in about 30mins. (I know Awesome). Now if I figure out how to get intouch with the owner. they were all vacant. I'm assuming most of them are in forclosure. I'll get up tomorrow and get back to work we'll see what successes and failures tomorrow brings. Still excited Go Horizon Investments.

Jeffery Clint I feel the fire in your belly. I don't think you can be stopped. Congrats to you for blogging and using us as accountability partners. If you keep on making these wise moves, you’ll definitely leave your kids a great example of hustle along with a nice chuck of change.

Jeffery Clint Good luck. Use your county's tax assessor's website to find the owners. Also remember to keep track of your miles for tax purposes.
