A Happy Father's Day weekend it will be!

Yes it will be.  We were able to take care of clients on three deals and have two more ready to sell.  And so, I have to pause and simply say Thank You to a few folks:

1) Jesus My Lord

2) Family and friends who supported me

3) Our country which gives us the opportunities to make the most of life to whatever degree we choose if we work for it.

3) The Real Estate community, specifically my Investor communities.  

It is a blessing to help Sellers with their home to solve their problems.  It is a blessing to work with other professionals who do what they say are going to do and make things happen so we can all benefit together.  It is a blessing to come to a community like this and learn regularly from other professionals, whether an agent, stager, appraiser, lender, service provider, etc.

Life is full of many blessings and with good honest hard work and open ears to clients whether retail or investor, good things can and do happen like today.

Three closings is definitely a great way to start this Father's Day Weekend.  Off to play with the kids now.
