My friend Kate Fuller in St. Louis, Missouri took this photo.  I assume this property is a "fixer-upper" and the agent is looking for a clever way to market a building with little or no curb appeal.  I have used several different marketing methods to attract new buyers and catch the eye of seasoned investors, but I've never thought to market the fact the property wasn't haunted.
