Still Tricky to Find Bridge Loans for Land and Development

Because so many banks and private lenders lost a lot of money in these types of loans prior to and during the meltdown of 2008, they are still very hard to find.

In fact, many banks and private money lenders still have not yet recovered from the losses incurred in the loans they made on land and development projections leading up to the crisis.

For this reason, it is still very difficult to find loans for land and development projects. And if you can find them, they are relatively short-term loans between 6 months to 12 months, and they are also extremely expensive, from 14% and up.

Are you lending on land and/or development projects? Please leave information on your loan programs below.
