Looking for 5 Bourgh,NY. 2 to 3 family units

I'm looking for a seller that buys in the 5 Bourghs of NY,have buyer looking for 2 to 3 family unit mostly in the Brooklyn and some in Queens,$5M to $25M he will pay.We are doing a deal now for $15M so he is real buyer.He will do LOI,Attorney POF and MFA.So if anyone has a seller and has short chain,please get in touch with us.
